Countries such as Canada, Finland, Singapore and Japan have excellent education system, although they are trying to improve school education system. Country like Estonia ranks 8th in the world for primary education system. Although Estonia trying to improve the school education more, as they are not fully satisfied with it.

Factors such as student poverty, parental and teachers education also the way schools are organized, contribute to educational results. To make school education system better many things to be done, the list is long enough. Every country has different kind of system for education. As a result every country may have their own different points where they can make changes to build quality of education system. Here we shall discuss some main points which affects in common to everyone.

Improving Teacher’s Education: As we all know teacher plays vital role in student’s life and education system. Improving teacher’s training can improve their teaching quality and ultimately to education. Teachers must be given proper training to educate child and professional development. They must have proper knowledge about subject they are teaching including command over English language. And as everyone know great schools depend on great teachers. In Country like Finland, teachers spend 4 hours a day in classroom and take “professional development” training 2 hours a week.

Teachers must be given status and enough Paid: In every country Teachers should have same status as doctors and lawyers have, this will attract “better” people to become teachers. Also there should include negative and positive incentive for teachers. Teachers must be praised and incentivized to do a better job, which will then lead to betterment. Also punishment for lack of improvement in learning levels.

Teacher’s population: Every country should have enough proportion of Teachers according to the overall population in employment.

Schools should not be Overcrowded: There are many countries which has overcrowded schools. Madagascar is the country which leads in overcrowded schools. There are about 250 children in the class. Africa also have a real problem of overcrowded classrooms in elementary schools, there are about 138 children’s in classroom. Because of this students can’t get personal attention and can’t learn properly. So there should be smaller class size.

Education is for everyone: All around the world, many children’s face the problem of exclusion from education because of their gender, disability or background. Everyone should make sure that education is for everyone. All pupils must teach in the same classes regardless of ability to remove the gap between the weakest and the strongest.

Educational Fund: Money really does matter in education. Poorest district fund must increase for more academic. The Barbados government has invested heavily in education, resulting in a literacy rate of 98%, one of the highest in the world. Qatar country is investing heavily in improving educational standards as part of its Vision 2030 programme to make the country self-sufficient. While in Finland the school system is 100% state funded.
